Stress incontinence

Category:

Description

The thick ring pessary is crafted from high-quality silicone and should be stored at temperatures between 0°C and 50°C, shielded from UV radiation. To preserve its durability, it must be kept away from reactive substances, gases, ozone, and mineral oil.

Application/Intended purpose

Compared to a standard ring pessary, the thick ring pessary has a larger surface area, which helps minimize pressure-related discomfort. The maximal uninterrupted period of application is 30 days. The patient should be trained about application, change or additional therapies by healthcare professionals.

The product must not be used by other patients. The pessary may be cleaned by running water without using any disinfectant.

Application, monitoring and removal

The instructions are revised according to published studies and post-clinical follow-up.

The most recent version is located in Downloads / Instructions.
