Description

The sieve bowl pessary is crafted from high-quality silicone and should be stored at temperatures between 0°C and 50°C, protected from UV radiation. To preserve its integrity, it must be kept away from reactive substances, gases, ozone, and mineral oil.

Application/Intended Purpose

The bowl or sieve bowl pessaries can be easily folded, inserted and removed. They are indicated in patients with genital prolapse (grade 1 – 2) and stress incontinece, whereby the pelvic floors should be strong enough to hold the pessary.

Note

The maximal uninterrupted period of application is 30 days(Class IIa). It is recommended that the patient changes the pessary herself, i.e. she may remove it in the evening and insert it in the morning. The patient should be trained by healthcare professionals.

The product must not be used by other patients. The pessary may be cleaned by running water without using any disinfectant.
