Serious vaginal and uterine prolapse when normal pessaries cannot withstand the pressure (grade 3-4 prolapse)

Description

The club pessary is crafted from high-quality silicone. It should be stored at temperatures between 0 and 50°C, shielded from UV radiation, and kept away from reactive substances, gases, ozone, and mineral oil.

Application/Intended Purpose

The stem of the club pessary is designed to stabilize the device and is recommended for patients with genital prolapse grade 3 to 4. It is used when other pessaries cannot maintain sufficient pressure or when a cube pessary is contraindicated. Before application, the prolapsed organs should be carefully repositioned.

Note

The maximum recommended period of uninterrupted use is 30 days (Class 2a).

This product is for use by a single patient only. The pessary can be cleaned with running water, without the need for disinfectants.

Application, monitoring and removal

The instructions are regularly updated in line with published studies and post-clinical follow-up.
